Christmas returns policy

All other terms and conditions apply. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
We’ve extended our usual returns policy for the festive season. Any order placed between 14th November and 7th December 2022 can be returned up until 6th January 2023, if it’s unwanted or not suitable.

Returns

Returns are charged at 12€ for EU countries but charges may vary for non-EU countries.

We want you to be happy with your order but if you would like to return an item or items, for whatever reason, you may do so. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return any items as long as they are unworn, unsoiled and in a saleable condition with all labels still attached. We do not accept returns of face masks, underwear or swimwear under our returns policy.

We unfortunately cannot accept the return of any item which has been altered to your own personal specifications.

For exchanges we ask that you place a new order for any new items that you require and return back to us any unwanted items.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns from the USA at this time.
