So i was pleased, remarking the sale on bensherman.de and i ordered, like i did in the sale last year, on bensherman.de several clothes, that were delivered via UPS. One anorak suited, one hat too, the other clothes did not, so i liked to return them. So i went with the package and the returnlabel to the closest UPS store, like last year. In difference to last time, the UPS agent did not accept the package, because the label was not from UPS but from collect+, which is not accepted in germany. I checked the bensherman.de help and read, that, unlike last year, in case of return, the european mainland customer is asked to pay the UPS fee himself. I asked the UPS agent, how much it costs to send the package to the uk with UPS. 58,- EUR he said. Excuse me, dear Ben Sherman team, but this can not be serious. It is not marked clearly on the bensherman.de website, that your order does not com from Ben Sherman Deutschland in Oberschleißheim, Germany. It is not marked clearly, that, in case of return, the returnpolicy changed and is different from last year now. It is not marked clearly, that returning a package costs nearly as much as the anorak you bought and want to keep. I considered, to buy the anorak in green too, because i like it so much. But if i have to pay nearly 60,- EUR to return my package, i will consider, never buying a Ben Sherman product again.
